Today we have been using the iPads to explain the

We have used an app called explain everything. Some of us found it really challenging, but we have worked hard together! We will share our films as soon as we have finished.

Branching databases

Yesterday we were sorting shapes and today we did some more, using a special program called branching tree.

Yesterday we went to the ICT suite and played some maths games on our learning page to help us sort shapes and also multiples of 2, 5 and 10.

Persuading Ant to live in East Harling

Today we learned how to make an iMovie to persuade Ant to come to East Harling. Some if us thought book creator would be better, so they used that to make a guide all about our school and village. We thought we had better use some persuasive words. Caitlin's was so incredibly amazing that she got a Headteacher credit!

Coding with Espresso

Today we have been writing code and telling objects to do things. We learned that if things don't work very well you have to go back and try things again.

Lily-Rose thinks it's really fun and she is enjoying it. Sid said it was really good and the best bit was that his racing car was the best! Aidan said its amazing and he likes the way you can make things move up, down and across.

Creating e-books

We have been creating ebooks about Florence Nightingale this afternoon. 

We have done some research on the internet, remembering all about internet safety. 

We have remembered all the things we need in information books, like a contents page, titles, facts, pictures and page numbers. 

Beebots

This afternoon we learned the word algorithm, then learned how to give commands to the beebots! Caitlin thought it was great!
