A quick request

Someone may have accidentally taken home Jayden's art work by mistake. His Nightzookeeper creature looked a bit like a rhino. If you think you have it, Jayden would be very happy to have it back!

Also, we shall be collecting Pringles tubes for a craft project next half term. If you find yourself munching them, please can you send in the empty tubes-we will need 29!

I would be grateful if you can pass these messages on to families who may not have seen the blog.

Happy holidays!

Amazing learning@home!

It's a good job I haven't been wearing socks this week - class 2 would have blown them off every day with the amazing learning at home projects, art work and posters that they have been creating. They definitely deserve a homework break in the holidays (but don't forget to read!)

We will be celebrating each other's work during the first week back and inviting families in to look at this wonderful work by the end of the week. Of course it will be shown on the class blog too so that our extended families all over the country (and world!) can celebrate their fantastic efforts.

Class 2, I am extremely proud of what you have achieved this half term! I really enjoyed reading your evaluations yesterday too. It is clear that you have thoroughly enjoyed learning about nocturnal animals this half term and your enthusiasm has been delightful!

Amazing owls!

There was a little bit (a lot!) of awe and wonder in class 2 this afternoon! I will polish this post when I have more time, but thought you would appreciate seeing the wonderful photos. Everyone in class 2 had the opportunity to hold an owl. It was fantastic! I will add the children's thoughts and comments asap.

We had a visit from some owls today!
