Collaboration!
We have been working together on our East Harling pictures for display. They are starting to look amazing!
Position and direction
We used the computers and the iPads today to practise our position and direction skills. We played some games on the computer that are on our class learning pages. Some of us played with the beebot on the iPads, then ALEX. Then we all swapped.

Our wonderful village!
We went for a walk in the village yesterday afternoon and my goodness didn't we learn some new and interesting facts!
We will share these with you, but not quite yet-you'll have to wait until we have finished our tourist leaflets all about East Harling and why it us a wonderful place to live!
We looked at some house names and learned that some of the houses used to be special places many years ago, like a bakery and a bank. Rueben's Great Nanny had a haberdashery on the market square.
We learned about the memorial and the village sign. There also used to be a vineyard in East Harling.
Back at school we have been reading a brilliant book about East Harling, with lots of interesting facts and pictures. Please tell us your interesting facts about East Harling by adding a comment below.
